Arkansas Stays Ahead In Close Race

When Lance Harter’s Razorbacks won the NCAA Indoor title, it was the first women’s crown in Arkansas history. After that we installed the Hogs as narrow 5-point favorites over Texas A&M, 60-54, followed by Florida and Texas (both 52) and Oregon (48).

In the month since then, the two leaders have lost ground, as did Florida, with Texas staying the same and Oregon having a nice rise. As a result, it’s now Arkansas by 4 over and Texas, with another 2 back to A&M.

But it won’t be easy, with Texas A&M projected to finish just 5 points behind them, with just another 2 points back to Texas & Florida and then another 4 to host Oregon.
