TOUR DATES: Arrive June 21, Depart July 2, 2012The U.S. Olympic Trials are undoubtedly the best track meet outside the Olympics and the World Championships. Nail-biting competition and superlative performances abound as America's top athletes vie for spots on the U.S. Olympic team. Go to the 2012 Trials with Track & Field News. The Trials will again be held at the University of Oregon's Hayward Field in Eugene, and we’ll be there with 250 fans. Sign up now for priority for lodging and tickets. The Trials will run over 10 days, June 22 to July 1. The schedule will be similar to 2008 when there were four days of track & field, two days of rest, and four more days of competition, over a 10-day period. Our tour package will include the following:
Air transportation to Eugene not included. We may be able to arrange airport transfer vouchers. TOUR PRICEThe minimum stay is 11 nights (sorry, our lodging contracts don't permit shorter stays) and the tour package prices are: $2235 per person, double occupancy DEPOSITThe current deposit is $1500 per person, final billing in March of 2012. The current cancellation fee is $150/person. $150, plus any funds deposited on your behalf that are not retrievable by T&FN. Frequent bulletins will keep you up to date on tour arrangements and will indicate when additional deposits are due. This tour is currently very close to being sold out.
