Anna Norgren was the first-round leader at 65.35 (214-5), but first Dawn Ellerbe and then Jessica Cross captured the lead in round two. In the third round, Ellerbe grabbed the lead for good with a throw of 68.45 (224-7). Ellerbe improved to 69.04 (226-6) in round four and 69.20 (227-0) in round six. Amy Palmer improved from fourth to 66.31 (217-7) in round five to win her spot on the team. In round six, Cross matched her second-round 66.20 (217-2) in round two and ended up third.
