World Half-Marathon Stats
(from K. Ken Nakamura)

Wilson Kiprop's winning time of 1:00:07 is the fastest half marathon on Chinese soil.
Florence Kiplagat's winning time of 1:08:24 is the fastest half marathon on Chinese soil, replacing 1:08:59 by Zhou Chunxiu from 2008.

Kiplagat covered  the last 1.0975Km (from 20K to finish) in 3:18 (3 minutes and 18 seconds);
it probably is the fastest ever time for this segment in the World Half marathon championships.
The previously, the fastest known time for the last 1.0975Km was 3:29 by Lornah Kiplagat in 2007.
