Kidd - 2nd easiest

Naftali Temu is the third - second youngest after Lindgren

baambam got it. I was fortunate to be able to spend the greater part of a day with Temu, Keino and Kiprugut, the day before '67 commonwealth games in LA @ Coliseum.
