I agree, although to be fair, both Burrell and Christie have ran sub-10 about 8 or 9 times each.

Interesting, but not too significant. Christie had 9 sub 10.00 and another 16 at 10.03 or better, plus 6 windy sub-10 marks (2 in major championships), and other than Lewis and Greene, has the best championship record of any top 100 sprinter of the last 25 years.
