This kind of "official" information is - and has always been - the most untrustworthy there is for this kind of personal info. Because the source is usually some anonymous person at the NOC office having to fill in the entry forms to the best of their knowledge.
As things like height/weight - in contrast to name, date of birth and qualifying performance - are of no real significance for the competition almost noone bothers to spend any time on finding out the correct numbers from the athletes themselves.
So the very obvious errors listed above concerning Ukhov, Lavillenie and James are not exceptions but rather the rule.
