agree w az2004 that it would be nice to see Solinsky in the USATF meet, whilst knowing he would likely not be ready at all to compete -- that's pretty much what he's saying about this year. A/B standards for USATF 10k are 28:30/29:01, iirc. Whatever he does this year, I hope it is a year of steady progress and return near his full health and racing fitness. He seems to be smart about the time needed for comeback, and he is certainly seems to be training in a good, supportive environment. I wish him well this year!
