I see in a home-page article that Tyson Gay is talking triple:
Tyson Gay is injury-free ahead of the 2013 track and field season and has targeted PBs at all sprint distances this year.
“I think I’m going to go one, two and four this year,” he says. “I want to PB in all of them, to improve all those times. That’s my goal.”

I would love to see him take the 400 seriously!

I am always excited when athletes target fast times and not just winning especially at their secondary distances. This seems to be a common theme for athletes this year. I have heard both Allyson Felix and Sanya Richards Ross say they are going for fast times in their events as well.

I like very much Gay but i dont see very realistic that he gets PB in 100 and 200 this year.
100 impossible and 200 almost impossible.
in 400 with good race is more possible

Its hard to say what Tyson can do at this point. getting back to sub 9.7 and sub 19.6 is no easy task for a man that cannot stay healthy. I think surpassing his 44.8 is realistic though, if he gets a really great race.
