He's capable of a world record, but I think it's more likely that Bolt will improve his own records and put them out of reach for Blake.

In London Bolt was 9.63s 5/100 off the world record and in interviews he says he wasn't trying for a WR and had a bad back and now aims to get healthy and really go for his potentialof 9.4 and sub 19. f Bolt hots those the world record will be out of anybody elses reach.

The interesting thing is will Moscow next year really likely going to be world record conditions?
