Re: Simplifying Curve Running

Re: Simplifying Curve Runningreally now.....??? maximal stride length??? aye, yai , yai.................
Re: Simplifying Curve RunningWho knew running was so simple.. or so complicated?
I will be the first to confess I can't spot the difference in running styles..or figure out how "squatting" is going to increase stride length..
Re: Simplifying Curve Runningmaybe this is like the old German/Soviet Union/Eastern Bloc disinformation ploy....
Re: Simplifying Curve RunningSince the three topics these authors have given us so far are:
Shoulder Rotation and Stride Length Why Should I Drag My Toe? Simplifying Curve Running I am beginning to suspect an Onion affiliation . . .
Re: Simplifying Curve Running
Next it will be running with your eyes closed, followed by running with your arms straight down your sides like that Chinese gal. Or how about how Gin is the perfect drink while running. The possibilities are endless.
Re: Simplifying Curve RunningYou should never drink gin WHILE running because you might spill it and waste good gin.
Re: Simplifying Curve Running
I actually knew a 10 flat HS guy who ran like that circa 1949 in western Okla.. kinda loose flapping arms...straight back..walked on at Okla A&M.. didn't stay long.. doctor's son in pre-med
