In July there was a release by WADA I believe it was saying there was going to be a release following the London Games of something like 8 positive tests of people from the 2004 Games through re-tests using the improved testing. So far that has not been done and I know there is an 8 year limitation on such bans although certainly those athletes impacted could already have been notified privately and be the reason this issue hasn't come forth.
But does anyone know the status of these positive tests?

if you want to know why it takes forever for these things to become public, check out the IOC timeline on Bilonoh's suspension now posted to the front page.
