Philippines Track Statistics

I am currently volunteer Statistician for the PATAFA (Philippines Amateur Track and Field Association). Continuing the work that the late Col. Romulo Constantino started 50 years ago.

I am awaiting on my friend Jad Adrian Washif the Malaysian and South East Asian Statistician to send me a rare book called '1974 Handbook of Asian and Far East Asian Games Track and Field' by the late Ian Buchannon.

Does anyone know of any useful sources I could use to continue my research. In terms of books, websites, newspapers, or contacts.
