¶2012 OG: m400H–Felix Sanchez (DomR) 47.63Re: 2012 OG: m400H–I dont see any of these guys at less than 95% on the final. Day 1 heats, Day 2 semi, Day 3 off, Day 4 final. I see the top 6 performers making it through the semis without leaving a lung and aorta on the track. They will be sharp for the final. Best guess, baring rain, no one medals coming after 47.7.
Re: 2012 OG: m400H–About to start in 5 mins.
Re: 2012 OG: m400H–Love that they show the previous Olympic Finals before Round 1 begins.
Re: 2012 OG: m400H–Heats four and five are stacked.
Re: 2012 OG: m400H–Morton in top 3, but did not look good.
Re: 2012 OG: m400H–49.14 for Tinsley. Looking REAL good.
Re: 2012 OG: m400H–Welp, Dai Greene wins his round. Sub 49.
Re: 2012 OG: m400H–The way the crowd sounded, in his heat, they really might just pull him to something amazing in the final.
Re: 2012 OG: m400H–I don't know if the crowd in the final will be anywhere near as loud or as British.
Re: 2012 OG: m400H–Culson 48.33......with all that looking around AND missed Clement on his inside, lol.
Re: 2012 OG: m400H–A couple of fast times today so far, even with Ennis' run.
Re: 2012 OG: m400H–Culson cruises to fastest time so far, Clement and Cisneros not far behind.
Re: 2012 OG: m400H–Culson 48.33
Clement 48.48 SB Alan Shank Woodland, CA, USA
Re: 2012 OG: m400H–Clement looked awesome. If he were to do something special, he could be a real star.
Re: 2012 OG: m400H–
Agreed.
Re: 2012 OG: m400H–Angelo Taylor wins, Jehue Gordon 2nd. Both looked good, don't know about Van Zyl.
Re: 2012 OG: m400H–
I maybe getting a fresh plate of crow from Alan Shank based on my previous comments on Clement, ha.
Re: 2012 OG: m400H–
Yeah, looks like it, wow.
Re: 2012 OG: m400H–Van Zyl, Iakovakis not in top 3, likely out.
Alan Shank
Re: 2012 OG: m400H–Both van Zyl and Fredericks bombed. The final in London is going to look significantly different than the one in Daegu based on the big names missing.
Re: 2012 OG: m400H–Felix Sanchez wins 49.24, Jack Green in second. Felix looked really good.
Re: 2012 OG: m400H–
Indeed. The best he's looked in a long, long while.
Re: 2012 OG: m400H–Sanchez jogged in, Jack Green came from well back for 2nd.
Alan Shank
Re: 2012 OG: m400H–Jack Green ran a properly stupid race.

Re: 2012 OG: m400H–Just terrible.
Semi-Final 1 is packed, while 3 has no one. Very sad.
Re: 2012 OG: m400H–
Yea this makes no sense whatsoever...
Re: 2012 OG: m400H–Culson (PR) leads round 1 at 48.33T&FN formchart advancing to semis
1. Javier Culson (Puerto Rico) 2. Dai Greene (Great Britain) 3. Angelo Taylor (USA) 4. LJ van Zyl (South Africa) 5. Michael Tinsley (USA) 6. Amaechi Morton (Nigeria) 7. Kerron Clement (USA) 8. Cornel Fredericks (South Africa) 9. Félix Sánchez (Dominican Rep) 10. Rhys Williams (Great Britain)
Re: 2012 OG: m400H–
Well, Tinsley is the US champion, but, yes, heat one looks like a pretty good final. It seems likely that the two time quallies will come from #1. Cheers, Alan Shank
Re: 2012 OG: m400H–
Yes, good draw for Tinsley in heat 3. And in heat 1, Sanchez, Clement, and Greene all in the same heat.
