In '08 the TNT&F forum did not close. But I agree in lieu of this forum non-T&F Olympic discussions should carry on in Current Events(I assume there will be a separate Oly T&F forum anyway)

Sorry, but absolutely not.

Indeed, we're considering shutting down everything but the Olympic (track) forum itself.

We're going to have a tough time monitoring the event-by-event stuff as it is.

our transition to London has gone far better than expected (from an office standpoint). Accordingly this board has been reopened at least until track starts.

And now the hand is finishing doing its writing on the wall: it's a virtual certainty that this forum will close come Friday.

The fate of the Current Events forum hangs in limbo at this point.

This forum is slated for closure a few hours from now (the end of London's Thursday).
