The premise is that Jax has to stay. Can't be Bobby as he appears to have a bit of a problem. Can't be Opie as he's already been declared incapable and he just shot the current leader. Clay...definitely blood spatter....is either deceased or severely incapacitated. So Jax has to take over.

True but maybe Clay had stolen some cranberry juice from Gemma knowing he wasn't going to get any...and stfuffed it in his shirt....that's my story...

I also think Tara has a copy of the "missing" pages-that show Gemma was part of plot to kill Jax Sr-and will use them to leave Charming. As to Tara's f-up'd assasination was it just me or were those Irish guys?
