Finnish Running Secrets

Apparently these were lost after Viren's era.

And we know the Kenyan secret: start with 100 freakishly gifted runners, run them all 120 miles/wk, pick up the survivors and enter them in every world Marathon, pick the top ones for your teams. [If they are 'only' 2:09 marathoners, make them run the Steeplechase.] If one is big and tall and strong, make him the 800m runner. Repeat every year.
