He said best year, not best race. Also, this is a negative wind race and the other one was +1.1. I know the hurdles have different wind issues, but if we use the sprint corrections, this may be the best ever (making both +1.1 I get 12.85, 12. 91, 12.92, 13.13, 13.15, 13.16, 13.18, 13.29 using 1.1 -(-0.6)= 1.7, 1.7mps x 0.055 seconds/mps = 0.094 'correction').

Having just seen the reaction times, Liu just missed being DQ'ed (0.108); the rest were pretty good.
