washington frontrunner for 400tyree washington seems to be in great form this year, that was evident at the world indoor meet. i think he said he just started back his training after the world indoors which was a smart idea you cant keep it up for 8 months, peak for indoors, trials and worlds. he has a 44.28 pr, but if he stays healthy and fit he could 44.1 or less. i cant imagine what he could do if he would train full time for track and field...
Re: washington frontrunner for 400yeah, washington probably is the frontrunner for the 400. i say look out for andrew rock of div. 3 wisconsin-la crosse. ran a 45.29 pretty much alone this weekend at nationals. i don't know for sure, but i heard the conditions in canton, n.y., were less than ideal. also won the 200.
