Graduate Assistantships

I was just wondering if anyone had any advice for a woman searching for a graduate assistant track/xc coach position for next year. I am currently a volunteer assistant coach for Oklahoma State University's women's t&f team and I'm getting my bachelor's degree in May, but I'd like to go somewhere else for my master's. I am interested in any help that the readers of this post can offer.
