Lloyd Bochner dies

This, of course, has nothing to do with track, but Bochner was the star in that great Twilight Zone episode, 'To Serve Man'. This is the one where the scientist and his lovely assistant try to decode that book with the eponymous title, only to learn, too late, that he is destined to become the main ingredient in an alien omelette.

''It's, it's...a cookbook!!''

This and 'The Fever' are my two favorite episodes.

One of the all-time best. First read it as a Damon Knight short story, from which Serling adapted the screenplay.

I was going to post the same thing. I will never forget that one or the one where the worm or whatever it was ate through the guy's brain without out causing any damage but the bad news was...?
