The World Track Cycling Championships have already been moved from China to Germany since several countries said they would not attend.

There's been a lot of cancellations because of SARS.

BAyern Munchen has cancelled their summer trip to China.

The Womens World Hockey Championships (in april?)was postponed.

The Womens World Cup (in autumn??) has been moved by FIFA. And from what I here, the Chinese players are already in quaranteen.

I would suspect the WC in Paris to have significant screening from those coming from China, Taiwan, Thailand, etc, both competitors and visitors.

I saw a brief article where Canada has been taken off the list of countries, as there hasn't been a new case of SARS in over 3 weeks.
