Masaback has created too much of a bureaucracy for this to work in the US.

The entire Penn Relay Carnival weekend is that of parties and festivities, even though the parties and festivities are independent of the track meet.

Simple, because people who are Annoying Bastards complain and do nothing to find the corporate sponsors necessary to put something like that together. Do something productive or shaddap!

Please explain what bureaucracy Masback has created that wasn't something he inherited (and that no USATF head can do a damn thing about).
