Kilmartin record attempt off?

T&FN has it on good authority that prep superstar Donovan Kilmartin, who was supposed to make a big run at Craig Brigham's vintage High School Record in the decathlon starting today, didn't show up when the elite-division 100 went off at 13:00 today. (Although he apparently was at the track earlier in the day.)

We've heard that he was "very ill" last night.

Thanks for that news. That is too bad. I was just prepping for Mt. SAC this weekend and he is scheduled to pole vault. I was hoping to have that record as "new information".
