US Govt' endorses potshops in California

Why such double standards man. The state of Californis is allowed to grow and sell cannabis. A state wich forms apart of the others united, which eventually subscribe to one national laws of the land. The same which renders politicians from those states to admonish Ja for planting marijuna, even to the extent where the US funds major programmes to eradicate Jamaican weed farms. Is this war on drugs fought in Ja. more of, a killing the competition kind a thing?
