A mailer was sent to Hispanic voters in Westchester County, a suburb of New York City, informing them that election day is November 9!

There have been a lot of reports of unofficial notices going out telling folks that Dems are supposed to vote on Wednesday. Hopefully no one is foolish enough to fall for that. This one, being an official notice, could be a problem.
