Writing a historical novel

I'm getting on in years (aren't we all!), so I've decided that I need to finally get around to publishing my book. Here it is:

If you, or anyone in your family, is interested in reading a novel on historical Jamaica, please feel free to give it a go....

There is so little historical fiction about Jamaica, or the Caribbean at large, and what little there is tends to be rubbish. So, I've decided to try my hand at it...I hope I've done an okay job.

Now, this is my second historical novel:

It's about his two grandsons, one a white plantation owner, and the other his mulatto slave, and their conflicts set to a background of sugar and slavery in the wealthy but brutal Jamaican colony in the 18th century.

I hope you like it....

So how many volumes do you now think that you will write? I am retiring soon and might take a cut at these; they would be well off my usual path.
