Definitely Quebec City. I had a great time there with my family a few years ago. I would highly recommend it, along with Montreal.

I think that Key West is the southernmost point of the continental US, but I'm not sure where the Tropic of Cancer ends. I'll guess, yes, Key West is south of that.

I never knew, until I went to Hawai'i for the first time, that Hawaii Five-0 is not what the local police call themselves. It is strictly the name of a tv show.

Argentina. Why not, It certainly is bigger then chile and all in the Southern Hemisphere.

I think that they are trying to trip up people who think that Brazil is entirely south of the equator. Which it isn't.
