PBS for Ringnuts

By chance I noticed PBS was showing the Met's latest Der Ring des Nibelungen on tv for 4 days in row. I missed Das Rheingold, but caught Die Walküre last night. Siegfried is on tonight, and Götterdämmerung is on tomorrow. All in HD. Very entertaining, though a lot to watch, about 14 hours altogether.

thanks for the heads-up, but if I can't be there in person and need a fix, I can't imagine watching a TV show when I could simply slip on the headphones and bury myself in the still (forever?) unsurpassed Solti DVDs.
