"Last Sunday, The New York Times published an op-ed by Garmin-Sharp manager Jonathan Vaughters in which he admitted to doping during his professional cycling career. Interesting thanks. My question is, don't you have to do random out of competition blood testing to catch blood doping? Or is it not used to training effect, only competition effect?
