The idea of Uncle Sam adjudicating all the message board posts is an interesting one. Maybe homeless people can be trained and deputized to adminstrate all message boards, and then they can start eavesdropping on other more dubious forms of communication like phone calls.

End of homeless problem. Yahoo!

The law does nothing that it's being touted for. It makes it illegal to harrass and stalk individuals through telecommunications lines (internet). What is already forbidden through the telephone has been extended to the computer. No one's "free speech" is being abridged.
