I'd be up to it, but the only problem is how do we verify results? At any rate, since I do not run anymore due to a plantar fascia injury that still bugs me, I swim and my goal is to break 30 minutes for 1 mile. My PB is 32:30. My other goal is to swim 5K without stopping, so far I'm up to 4K; I hope to achieve these goals in the next 3-6 months. As far as weight, I'd like get below 160 as well.
I'd like to start running again, because I would like to run Boston Marathon; when I was younger, I made the qualifying time, but never entered the race.
My only professional goal is not to work as hard as I have in the past because in the long run it just is not worth it!
