Question:

With regard to Bruce Florman:s latest and greatest...How does it come to pass that one person who "borrows" from one newspaper article is a plagiariser, but those who "borrow" from many are called researchers?

If you borrow without giving said item back, are you still a borrower?

Something I learned about "borrowing":

If you lend someone 20 bucks and never see that person again, it was probably worth it.
