"421 SERVICE NOT AVAILABLE"

Have 5 AOL customers that I correspond with on a regular basis and have been getting that error periodically since July 20th I figured out today and lately a lot. Find out that anyone whose server is hosted by Bell has these issues with AOL for crying out loud. I had just been assuming it was on AOL's end. Don't understand any of it but the issue is touched on in the following links:
