Issues for the early & mid 70's only so-so.

$3 per issue - regular stuff
$5 per issue - Major meet like AAU, NCAA, USATF
$6 per issue - US Olympic trials
$8 per issue - World Championships
$10 per issue - Olympics & Annuals
$50 per issue - Pre covers

Shipping & handling costs $2 for first, then $1 per issue for the next ten, 50 cents per issue after that.
