Nike Waffles

brother has a pair of Nike Waffles. Thinks about 1974 or so. Yellow(ish) with Orange Swoosh. These are 'used'. Question is - are these worth anything? other than interesting photo exchanges between my brother and I?

A good pair of Nike Waffles from 1974 is very hard to come by these days but don´t expect to get that much for them. Rest assured, you´ll still be going back to work on Monday. Incidentally, I know of several distance runners, myself included, who have the odd habit of stockpiling their old shoes so there are probably quite a few mangy specimens out there waiting for the grim shoe reaper.

No real 'expectations' - and they are my brother's - I'm just checking out what might be the deal. Have no idea what his thinking is other than we just talked about it casually.

Plus - I'm pretty sure he hung em up in '74 - so maybe even 73?... may well have been 75 - just don't know - but in that neck of the woods.
