My son is looking into track, the sprints really interest him.My uncle says Bud Winter made a couple of good books,"So You Want To Be A Sprinter" and "Relax and Win".Can ANYONE point me in the right direction on purchasing these?

philly, dig deeper into this Trading Post Board and you will see that about 2 months ago I was looking for " So You Want To Be a Sprinter" and also " So You want to Be a High Jumper." Someone immediately responded and sold me both of them for $ 10 each ( my offer ) ! I kept the HJ book and gave the Sprinter one to my brother as a present. Doubt he would part with it.

Just saw latest post , so you are all set. It's a neat book ( " Jack Champ and Joe Chump. " )

I own the book. so you want to be a sprinter. It is a pretty small book. I could probably copy most of the main info if you can't find a copy. Let me know. Charlie. www.leparisports.com
