If I didn't know better, I'd say somebody at USADA (or USATF?) is purposely trying to hurt track by leaking the names of the positives one at a time, instead of just dumping them all on the market at once. Make sure there's an ongoing supply of ass-kicking headlines. Oh, wait, I don't know better.
