Will Kelli White return to the track this season?

Postby accelerator » Sun Apr 09, 2006 8:17 am

Does anyone know if Kelli White is retired or does she have plans to come back and compete in the sport again?

If you don't know nobody does(except maybe Dr. Goldman)

Anyway, who cares? She's just a pitiful athlete who put fame above integrity.

I wonder what ever happened to that charlatan, Goldman. Hopefully, they took his license away.

This is actually an excellent question: her suspension is lifted on May 17 of this year. Time flies when you're having fun.

Hmm.... that's a blogger doing a book review who mentions in passing "she returns to track this spring." I see no evidence he has talked to her or anyone around her.

Kelli is working at Niketown in the Stanford Mall in Palo Alto, California. Apparently, she does not plan to return to the track this season.

Writer conceded it was an assumption. Was your question rhetorical, accelerator?

Even if she never returns to running, she will serve as a poster girl for the power of performance enhancing drugs--from a decent runner to World Champion.

Okay, so got so tired she had to take pills just to stay awake so that she could enjoy all of the accolades, but look how fast she was able to run!

Kapachinskaya's ban finishes too, and she said back in 04 she would definiately return to track. It will be interesting to see whether she does.

Marion Jones: "Was I married to C J Hunter, who tested positive? Sure."

"Should I NOT have been?"
