High School Girls Hurdle Insight Needed

I maintain a list of the top 25 all-time performances for Indiana HS athletes. Below is the list for the girls 100M hurdles. The top 3 on the list were all from 1982 or earlier. From 1980-1998, the low hurdles (not sure of height, perhaps 30"?) was contested at the Indiana State Meet, and from 1999 to present, its been the high hurdles (33"?). But for for meets outside the State Meet, I'm not sure of hurdle height (e.g., Brady at the Oly. Trials, Happel, Wechsler, and Whitaker at AAUs, Wanamaker and several others at the Midwest Meet of Champions prior to 1999). It seems like Brady's time is blazingly fast...but that could be due to the fact that she was simply blazingly fast!

In short, I'm wondering if some apples and oranges have been mixed on this list with respect to hurdle height and should be removed (I want the list to respresent the best performances at the current hurdle height used at the State Meet...which again I believe is 33"). Any one have any insights?

What am I missing here? How could it be anything except 33" at the 76 Oly Trials?

Brady was more than just a little fast; she was the Olympic Trials champion that year and ran in the Games.

Unfortunately, all of her Trials times were wind-aided: 13.25 in the final after 13.68 and 13.34 in the first two rounds.

She ran 13.84 at the Games.

She also had a hand-timed 13.2 with legal wind at some point in the year.

Thanks for the help! The lists are for performances under all conditions since most meets don't provide wind info (i.e., there are no doubt other wind-aided performances there). I was aware of Brady's Olympic experience as my first issue of T&FN dates back to 1975. After a bit more research it appears that the AAU Junior meets were also 33" and the Midwest Meet of Champions as well (so Indiana athletes back then ran 30" at state, but then had to adjust to 33" at the MMOC).
