Lennox Miller 1967 NCAA 220 Yards semi.

Trying to find Lennox Miller's FAT when winning semi2 at 1967 NCAA 220yards. Its not in Patinauds 'Temps Automatique' or in subsequent corrections. All he shows is
2nd 20.82 Bob Rovere
3rd 20.85 Jerry Bright
and this is a reverse of the official(hand timed) results shewn on NCAA site.
Again any help is much appreciated.
