Site of 1989 US - Canada Junior Dual Meet?

I've tried looking though back issues of T&FN and might have missed it, but if anyone knows where this meet was held, that info is much appreciated!

My records show Chris Nelloms competing for the US Junior team in a meet in July in Spokane, WA, but don't say what meet it was. That's my best guess.
