Today, 125 the fact that when awarding a gold medal was said: "Sir, you are the greatest athlete in the world."
Whom we are today to congratulate?

Of course lonewolf it is Jim Thorpe, and today his 125th anniversary.
Of course he is one of the greatest athlete of all time.
So said the King Gustaf V of Sweden , and to argue with the Kings is not accepted. :)

Always great to relive the great ones; Besides being a phenomenal athlete on the football field, baseball field and track, Jim Thorpe , an innovator in HJ technique, pioneered the seat first approach :)
