There's a BIG difference. Marion didn't run track for a few years, concentrating on basketball. It's hard to run fast when you don't run at all. Webb, on the other hand, has been trying, but failing. Webb MAY still break through - these things are largely unpredictable - but based on his last 2 seasons, you can't EXPECT him to do it. If he does it, it will be success against the odds.
