From severl analysis' of both races.
Butch Reynolds final 100m was run in 11.1s, which is equal fastest ever, alongside Tommie Smith's 11.1s final 100m of his then-WR of 44.5s in 1967 I believe.

Below is Pierrejean's thoughts and comments of analysis of this race amongst others.
'Scientifical Analysis made by the Spanish group did time analysis for 100m, 200m and 400m in Sevilla WCH'99, but only the 100m analysis are reliable, the 200 and 400m split times are actually 0.1s to 0.2s too slow, from what PJ noticed from my TV footage and slow motion films (50HZ or much more) by Jacques Piasenta.
They give 11.10s + 10.12s + 10.44s + 11.52s (200m,21.22s & 300m,31.66s)
He found from the very good and clear footage of the race
11.12s + 10.21s + 10.48s + 11.37s (200m,21.33s & 300m,31.81s)
