I pose this question? How fast would King Carl have run his 1983 U.S. Championship 200 if he hadn't of slowed down to look around and cheese to the crowd 15 meters before crossing the line?
The same with Mike Marsh' Barcelona 200 semi-final.

I personally believe Carl Lewis 19.75 may have ended up a 19.58.
Mike Marsh 19.73 may have ended up as a 19.61.
