IS Ato BOLDON a has-been?...

Postby Guest » Thu Jul 03, 2003 1:40 pm

To my opinion, he belongs to the past because:
-Too many times injured these last 3 years.
-Seems to have lost his fighting spirit.
-Has been staying a too long time under GREENE's
shade...
-Hasn't set a real man to man victory against
a top sprinter for an eternity.
-Has been seeking too many excuses to explain
his bad performances to be still a credible
World-class sprinter.

I rememember he was the first athlete through
history to have ever complained with the effects
of altitude a few years ago, in South Africa...
So, is Ato BOLDON no more a sub-10" sprinter?

Sorry, I was meaning "... the only sprinter to
have evezr complained with the effects of
altitude."
Of course we all know its benefits for sprinters.
And its nightmarish effects for long distance
runners ( Ask Jim RYUN in Mexico 1968 Olympic
Games for example... )
