Coach, let me give you some advice in dealing with trolls like this food guy. The only reason they do it is to get responses. So when you respond, even to call them out, you encourage the behavior. The best way to deal with a troll is to not respond. If this food guy sees his next few threads go unresponded to, he'll quit. By replying to him, you just insured that we will see a few more food threads. Ignore him and he'll go away.

But why ignore him? He makes a good point! Chips and dip are good! ;-)

We get cheese dip at the Mexican restaurant here in the ATL. They melt white American cheese in a little milk and then add some ground up jalapeños. You talk about good!

Trolls are great, they make the place much more fun! I will reply to the food guy because his randomness makes me giggle like a school girl.

There's an even easier way to solve this. Stop allowing anonymous posting :(

I also like chips and dip. I love fruit even better, though. Oranges especially. You just can't beat a good orange.

I like pears better than oranges.

I also like discussing track more than discussing food. Keep it on track.

Here's an idea for all you geniuses...if you don't like this food guy's posts then don't read them! Duh!

Hey, bean dip, put that garbage down and eat some real food. Focus on fruits, vegetables, complex carbos, and lean meat. These are the foods that make one a great runner. Forget the junk food!

I agree with this! I love chips and dip. They are my favorite part of eating at a Mexican food restaraunt!

Man, I ate at a Mexican food restaraunt the other day, and the chips and salsa were top notch. That was a good lunch. I'll go there again later this week.
