Okay, LSU has it

I'm willing to concede: LSU almost certainly has Texas beaten. I expected Texas to get 10 points in the 400, and LSU to get five. Texas got the 10, but LSU also got 10 -- Nadia Davy pulled a bronze out of her hat instead of an eighth.

Unless LaToya Phelps can win the 200 -- which just ain't gonna happen -- I think the Tigers are about to sweep right on past the Horns.

Ouch -- I figured LSU's Bernard-Thomas for fourth in the 800, and she got second. One more nail in Texas' coffin. In fact, after Aleen Bailey's big wins for S. Carolina, the Longhorns will have to work hard just to stay out of 3rd.

Ok, LSU has the women's title and Arkansas the men's title. But hopefully the Gators can still get 2 top 5 finishes.

I thought they would be no worse than 3rd?
