Does anyone know who won the JC Meet for California? Womens and Mens, and how did ELAC do?

Sacramento College won the women's with Mt SAC 2nd and Orange Coast College 3rd. Moorpark won the men. ELAC only had a few runners and the winner of the 10K was under dispute and controversy.
